{Salina Family Portraits} Extended Family Portraits

Fall is in full swing around here! Lots is going on, and it's a bit difficult to keep up with the blog posts!

We gathered together a few weeks ago for some extended family portraits, as well as some sub-family groups, too!

{Hays Wedding Photography} Sarah + Ryan

A few weeks ago, we were in Ellis County for Sarah + Ryan's wedding in Hays. Even though it was the end of July, the day could not have been more perfect for these high school sweethearts who finally tied the knot!

Sarah and the ladies started the morning off at J Studio and Salon.

The fellas started the day off at Ryan's parent's house, watching the video of their adventures during Ryan's bachelor weekend in the Ozarks.

Sarah's dress was jaw-dropping! And since Ryan had experience in working with metal during dental school, he customized hangers.

A beautiful, quiet moment that I just can't get enough of!

Such a wonderful set of details.

Such a stunning bouquet from Flowers by Frances.

Ahhhh, First Look time. Sarah and Ryan saw one another before the ceremony so we could have ample time afterward for portraits!

St. Joseph is one of the many beautiful limestone churches in Ellis County.

A few last-minute touchups!

Mr. & Mrs.!!!!!

As you recall, the fellas like to have a little fun.

We stole away with Sarah and Ryan to a rural area for some romantic portraits.

The bridal party had fun with their entrance, utilizing wigs the girls wore during Sarah's bachelorette weekend, and water guns from the fellas' weekend. Oh, and the best man's toast (right)? Best.Toast.Ever. Everyone laughed until they cried!

Being in Ellis County, this was a festive crowd. :)

A final farewell under sparklers. The perfect end to a magical day!

{Fulton Valley Farms Wedding} JulieAnn + Paul

JulieAnn + Paul were married a few weeks ago at Fulton Valley Farms. The weather was perfection. JulieAnn + Paul? Perfection, too!

Often we spend lots of time talking about brides and their dresses. But today, let's talk about Paul's custom-made suit from Astor&Black. AWESOME.

Let's not forget JulieAnn and her fabulous Cole Haan heels. :)

Of course, with the wedding at the boot scootin' barn, this duo wore Lucchese boots for the ceremony (JulieAnn busted out her shoes for the reception - Nike air heels for weddings - how genius is that?).

SUCH a stunning couple!

There were some very sweet, tender moments. Just love them!

Love it when the flowers are bright and really pop against the suit/dress!

It was such a beautiful ceremony!

Let's talk for a second about how much fun their reception was! DJ Mike Scott from Kansas City was just insane. Rarely do Mike and I want to put down our cameras and boogie ... but it was so tempting that night!

Even though there was a party raging on inside, JulieAnn and Paul snuck away for a few minutes for some outdoor portraits with the silo, which is beautifully lit!

Aaaaaaaand, departing with a sparkler finish!
