Candice + Chris were married a few weeks ago at
Fulton Valley Farms, on what we're all sure was one of the coldest September days on record! The skies were overcast, and it was chilly, but none of that could darken the festive spirit of this wedding! Fulton Valley Farms is one of our favorite places near Wichita to photograph weddings.
Candice and Chris were getting ready in the same house, but didn't want to have a chance meeting before they were both dressed for the day. So Candice had to hide a little bit. :)

The groom's niece and nephew were the most adorable flower girl and ring bearer!
Even though they saw each other before the ceremony, it was still an emotional exchange of vows.
There were many personal touches throughout the day, including recipes from both the bride's and groom's families. They were at each person's seat for dinner, and guests could take home some favorite recipes! Loved that touch. Also ... the pie? Yes, Candice's mom made it.
