Father Nick was ordained a priest on Saturday at Sacred Heart Cathedral in Salina. This is the first time he has been able to participate in the consecration at Mass. Doesn't he look like a natural?
But before he could fully participate in his priestly duties, he was ordained! This involved rituals, which included him lying prostrate on the floor in prayer.
I'm closing with a photo that is somewhat abstract, but I just love. This is the hand of a nun during the Our Father at the ordination Mass.
In September, I photographed his ordination as a deacon, and it is wonderful to see all of Father Nick's awesome family again.
