Mike and I spent the first portion of this week with the uber talented Mike Colon. He's a high-end, celebrity wedding photographer who came to the Wichita area to share his vast knowledge with seven lucky workshop participants.
Above he is directing our models, Kristin and Michael.
A few of my images are featured on the Keepin' it Fresh blog. There are SO MANY to share, I'll be sifting through and adding some favorites, and Mike will be doing the same next week.
This was an engagement couple that hung with us at the carnival at River Festival. What a fun time!
Lastly, I have an OBSESSION with taking photos of photographers taking photos. What can I say? It's the photojournalist in me! ;-)

Wonderful images!!! That is pretty cool that Mike came and took some photo's with everybody his work is beautiful. I really like your images of photographers taking photo's. Great action shots. I really like the second image of the couple and the motion of the circus ride. Beautifful images!
You're so stoked you got to attend a Colon workshop. Awesome Karen!! Love that first shot, has such the photo journalistic feel to it.
