When I was in Kearney, Nebraska for Jillian and Drew's engagement session, we were chatting. "There's this park everyone goes to for their engagement portraits." Jillian said to me.
But, not wanting to be like everyone else, we didn't go there. We instead started at the lake and spent a few hours romping around town.
Oh Jillian, you are simply too beautiful for words!
You never know what you'll find when you shoot on location. :)
We were driving down the street when I saw this piano. And I commented in an off-handed manner: "Too bad we didn't find this earlier, because I'd put Drew on top of it" to which Drew responded "I'm game for that."
It was sort of like double-dog-daring me to use this piano for photos (Jillian is uber-musical and plays!). So I slammed on the breaks and we headed to the poor, broken down and untuned piano.

Also, a little fun aside about Jillian. She's been in TWO of our albums, but never because she was the main subject. She's always been a participant. Do any of our regular blog readers know which two events/albums I'm referring to???
